Love love love all the gluten free options available here! I've been driving all over the IE looking for gluten free bakeries and none have as many options on a daily basis as L'Auberge.

This bakery/market is a delightful find! While I was initially disappointed to learn that they stop serving coffee 30 minutes before closing, the variety of delicious bakery items more than made up for it. From flaky croissants to decadent pastries, there's something to satisfy every craving. The market section of the shop is equally intriguing, with an eclectic selection of items that pique your curiosity. The Japanese-inspired products add an extra layer of fascination to the experience. Overall, this shop offers a unique blend of flavors and culture, making it a must-visit!

I stopped by here on a Wednesday late morning. I was intrigued by the sweets they had on display that were labeled as pineapple pistachio and almond rose petals - I believe these are Turkish delights, although the sign didn't specify this or the price, and only listed the flavor. It was $6 to obtain two. Service was quick and friendly. I liked the almond rose petals one much better since it had a noticeable rose/floral flavor and the dried petals plus the almonds made the texture more interesting. The pineapple pistachio one was alright, but I personally couldn't really taste the pineapple aspect of it. Both are pretty dense, despite not appearing super large.

A decent bakery in the inland empire. Since Paris pastries closed, I've been trying to find one close by. Fruit tart is probably one of the better ones I've had around the area. I personally like it better than Porto's as well. Food is 4/5 Price is 3.5/5 as their items are too expensive (LA prices) Limited selection for pastries but a variety for desserts and cakes. Hopefully I can try their baguettes soon.
